Translation
Do you need translations from or into Spanish, Czech or Slovak, for yourself or your company? We can prepare a translation in any combination of these languages. The texts we usually translate include:

Price of translation from or into Spanish: 35 € / standard page
A standard page is 1,800 characters; the minimum unit charged is half a page and the first page is charged in full
Every translation we deliver is checked by a native speaker of the target language, so its accuracy is assured.
Translations into Spanish can be tailored to a particular region: a text for Argentina will read differently from one for Spain or Mexico.
Because we want to deliver genuinely good translations, we may need to ask you about part of the source text – context and circumstances matter a great deal in translation.
Certified (sworn) translations
We prepare certified, official or sworn translations, which are required when Czech documents are used abroad or foreign documents are used in the Czech Republic. Translations can be from Spanish into Czech or from Czech into Spanish. The documents we translate most often are:
- Birth, marriage and death certificates
- Diplomas
- Documents for marriages abroad and for foreign nationals marrying in the Czech Republic
- Contracts and declarations
- Police reports
- Medical records

For dealings with public authorities, the police or the registry office, or for a wedding ceremony, we can also arrange sworn interpreting from or into Spanish. Documents issued by public authorities that are to be used abroad usually require an apostille, which is obtained from the foreign ministry of the country that issued the document – for a Czech document, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
Please note: a sworn translation is bound and sealed together with the original document, and the two form a new bilingual document. If you can obtain several originals of the document, it is worth doing so. Sworn translations at a distance
If you are living abroad for a longer period, we can arrange a sworn translation from or into Spanish remotely. We accept the documents by post or courier and, once the translation is complete, send them to the agreed address in the agreed way.

+ the price of the translation + postage

Proofreading by native speakers
Our native Spanish teachers can proofread any text or translation in Spanish – spelling, accents and the accuracy and naturalness of the wording alike. We also check the spelling of texts already written in Spanish and proofread Czech translations of Spanish texts. If anything is unclear while we work, we may come back to you with a question.
