What to do if I cannot find a course at a time that suits me
Does none of the open courses fit your schedule? Find two or more friends who would like to join you, get in touch and we can open a course for your group at a time that suits you. All other conditions are the same as for our standard courses.
I have particular requirements
Have you not found a Spanish course that fits you and your needs, or do you have particular requirements? You can opt for tailor-made one-to-one tuition instead.
Which coursebook will we use?
Our courses use the Nuevo Prisma coursebooks published by Edinumen. All coursebooks and supporting materials can be bought directly from us at Hispánica and we keep them in stock. Each course uses the coursebook for the level being worked towards: beginners use Nuevo Prisma A1, elementary groups Nuevo Prisma A2, and so on. You will be given the details about the coursebook when you enrol.

How do I enrol on a course?
You can enrol on any of our courses in one of the following ways:
- by filling in the enrolment form that opens when you click Enrol next to the course
- by emailing your details to info@hispanica.cz; we will confirm your enrolment within 24 hours
The course fee can be paid in person or by bank transfer (bank details). It must be paid within one week of enrolment and no later than the day before the course starts. Otherwise the school may cancel the reservation and the enrolment.
If you need an invoice, please say so in your enrolment request and include your company registration number.
Summary of general information and conditions
- When a lesson falls on a public holiday, it does not take place and the course is extended by that lesson.
- If a group is not filled, the student is offered the same level as one-to-one tuition at the same time.
- If Hispánica cancels a course or does not open it, the student is refunded the corresponding part of the fee.
- If a student is unable to attend for reasons of their own, they are not entitled to a refund or to a replacement lesson.
- The course fee must be paid within one week of enrolment and no later than the day before the course starts. Otherwise the school reserves the right to cancel the enrolment.
